FROM A DIFFERENT
POINT OF VIEW

Create is dedicated to all our more creative submissions which include photography, art and graphic based content about Autism and, or Mental Health, along with everything else inbetween. We have many amazing contributors who share their story, so we have worked hard to organise everything into categories based on conditions, content type and contributors. By organising stories, we hope to make it easier for you to navigate around our site and find topics of interest.

All stories submitted to our project AMHA come from real people, on the front lines,

Struggling day to day with their conditions and disabilities, all our contributors have something to share about what their life is like for them, including their own unique points of view which haven’t been influence by us or edited in anyway. Our hope by sharing stories, we can begin to battle the stigma attached to both Autism and Mental Health and to encourage all who visit this site to discuss and to be more open about their own Mental Health and hopefully encourage those struggling to seek help earlier.

These stories are here to enlighten, educate and help you the reader have a better understanding to stop the misconceptions and myths which make it harder to live on the spectrum with Mental Health

Whether an individual struggles with both Autism and Mental Health, or one or the other, life can be very challenging just dealing with their conditions alone, but to deal with every that comes attached with it is very challenging and can make life even harder as you will find out below.

We don’t want to just show all the negatives or having an illness, but to show the positives and amazing work done by those normally hidden in the background, who may not shout the loudest, but their determination, bravery, creativity and intelligence shines brightly once you discover the person underneath.
